WELCOME - Let’s Get Better! USRowing’s 2020 Annual Convention is going virtual this December! Although all of us would rather be meeting in person, COVID-19 had other plans. No worries though. In fact, this year’s convention promises to be bigger than ever with brand new diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) training that will be available free of charge to all of our members along with our ever-popular Para/Adaptive, Coaching Education, Business of Rowing and Referee tracks. And the best part is all of this great content is available from the convenience of home!

We’ll focus on getting better across the spectrum -- improving as coaches, creating more inclusive boathouses, strengthening our organizations as we come back from COVID-19, enhancing our physical and mental well-being, and more. While 2020 has been a challenging year, this year’s Annual Convention serves as a springboard to start 2021 off stronger, healthier, wiser … and better! Register now!

Rowing happens on the water, winter sports happen on the snow and ice.  They share a common element (H20), it’s just expressed differently in their respective sport environments.  The same can be said about coaching!  This session will explore how Team USA Winter Sport Coaches are focusing on their development to influence athlete competitive excellence and wellbeing.  The goal is to help you focus on an element of your coaching that will influence your athletes in the same way.
