WELCOME - Let’s Get Better! USRowing’s 2020 Annual Convention is going virtual this December! Although all of us would rather be meeting in person, COVID-19 had other plans. No worries though. In fact, this year’s convention promises to be bigger than ever with brand new diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) training that will be available free of charge to all of our members along with our ever-popular Para/Adaptive, Coaching Education, Business of Rowing and Referee tracks. And the best part is all of this great content is available from the convenience of home!

We’ll focus on getting better across the spectrum -- improving as coaches, creating more inclusive boathouses, strengthening our organizations as we come back from COVID-19, enhancing our physical and mental well-being, and more. While 2020 has been a challenging year, this year’s Annual Convention serves as a springboard to start 2021 off stronger, healthier, wiser … and better!

USRowing is calling all program directors, board members, regatta directions and club boosters! Now, more than ever, we all need to be creative as we raise funds for our programs and clubs. Join us in this panel discussion as we learn what fundraising systems work best, how we can figure out our “why” when raising money for our cause, how to form long-lasting relationships with essential people in your network, and how to execute the fundraising process.

USRowing’s CEO and Row New York founder, Amanda Kraus, will moderate a panel filled with fundraising expertise that you don’t want to miss!
