WELCOME - Let’s Get Better! USRowing’s 2020 Annual Convention is going virtual this December! Although all of us would rather be meeting in person, COVID-19 had other plans. No worries though. In fact, this year’s convention promises to be bigger than ever with brand new diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) training that will be available free of charge to all of our members along with our ever-popular Para/Adaptive, Coaching Education, Business of Rowing and Referee tracks. And the best part is all of this great content is available from the convenience of home!

We’ll focus on getting better across the spectrum -- improving as coaches, creating more inclusive boathouses, strengthening our organizations as we come back from COVID-19, enhancing our physical and mental well-being, and more. While 2020 has been a challenging year, this year’s Annual Convention serves as a springboard to start 2021 off stronger, healthier, wiser … and better! Register now!

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we are all looking for ways to ensure our athletes, staff and boathouses continue to stay safe. Join us during this panel discussion on how to keep your boathouse healthy! You will hear from the USRowing Medical Commission and our insurance expert, Rachel Kelley.
 
On top of that, USRowing is excited to offer you the perspective of Wes Ng, head women’s coach at the University of Pennsylvania, and Beatrice Sims, director of operations at CRI, on how they have handled adjusting their programs and implementing new practices at the youth and collegiate levels in response to COVID-19
